Speaking Up For Alzheimer’sAllison Espiritu
“In America we tend to be good about voting and the right we have to be heard,” says a woman who has been affected by Alzheimer’s. But despite being good at that she makes a point that America is not very good at understanding the power of a unified voice. As Alzheimer’s grows in our country, what we as a country are not utilizing is putting our voices together to speak up for this debilitating disease.
Watch as these individuals advocate for the need to speak up for Alzheimer’s. A disease that is becoming more prevalent, we can’t just sit and wait around for help to come to us, we need to advocate for help that is needed for those living and caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s. Let’s join together to raise awareness and research for a cure!
